Adjustment of the PLL on ICV 200 (Vhf)

by F5JTZ

In order to obtain the maximum of Emission/Réception performances on the ICV 200, it is advised to realign the PLL on the new frequency band.
(the PLL being with the ogirine fixed for frequencies of 153 or 158Mhz)

The material for this adjustment is limited to:
- a numerical multimeter.
- a screwdriver HF or by defect a piece of stripped printed circuit of its copper.

Open Tx Ampli side / X-ray / Tx..synthé
You must discover this:

Locate the reel L111 and the variable capacitator C145 then the point of control W105.....
Attention at the time of the catch of measurements on this point it does not have there much place... hi.

The adjustment is very simple:
- To program on channel 00 the frequency simplex of 144,500 MHz
- To put the multimeter on a gauge allowing measurement uninterrupted tensions from approximately 3 to 4 volts.
- the point test for measurements in tension will be W105...... (Traversée white which goes from part RX/TX to the amplifier.)

Remain in reception:
- Check the presence of the tension of 3.00v on this point.
- If you have this value more or less regulate the core of L111 to obtain 3.00v
Pass in emission:
- On the same point of control (W105) the value must be of 3.00v also.
- If it is not the case regulate the condenser C145 for with the same value as çi-top.

The adjustments are finished, you can close again.
